An Apple a day strengthens women's health, say us scientists. In the study, they proved that this fruit reduces cholesterol, improves the cardiovascular system.
In total the study involved 50 women. One part ate 75 grams daily of dried apples, which corresponds to two fresh fruits, and the second group the same number of plums.
The research showed, prunes gave the changes of women's health, and eating apples reduce cholesterol, strengthen the heart muscle.
