Scientists from Kansas state University study found that yoga can help restore a normal heart rhythm. The survey was conducted in two phases, and the duration of each of them was almost 3 months.
In experiment took part 49 of volunteers who have observed the most common disease associated with cardiac rhythm paroxysmally tachycardia fibrillation. The first stage consisted of observations of physicians for the development of the disease in patients, during which they were evaluated atrial fibrillation, as well as their quality of life and emotional state.

The second phase of the study was that patients visited hour yoga twice a week. At this stage, the scientists were able to establish that yoga had a positive impact on patients, as they have observed a reduction in the number fibrillyatsy and social activity of patients increased. In addition, no side effects have been identified.
