Women who smoke are more likely to consume fast food

Scientists from America found that women who smoke are less aware of the consumed food. In particular, we are talking about excessive craving for junk food and sweets.

The findings were identified during the course of the study four groups of women aged from 21 to 40 years. The study included women with different body mass index: from thin to the full. In addition, scientists have divided the group into smokers and non-smokers.

The experiment proved that women who regularly smoke, consume more sugary foods and junk food, are strongly attached to fatty and unhealthy food. Interestingly, this category of women was often noticed for yourself overeating, some have admitted that they cannot control themselves in food consumption. As a result among the Smoking group were more frequently recorded obesity, diabetes, metabolic disorders.
