Watching TV makes men infertile

Chances of becoming a father decreases in men who spend a lot of time watching TV. Scientists urge strong half of humanity to watch less TV and spend more time with family. According to the study, watching TV every day more than five hours a day markedly reduces the activity of spermatozoa. And it's not so much the TV, as in sedentary lifestyle, writes The Daily Mail.

A group of researchers from the University of Copenhagen conducted a survey and health survey of 1200 healthy men. Scientists are particularly interested in two factors: the degree of attachment to the TV and the active movement of spermatozoa in the ejaculate. As a result, between them managed to identify a clear relationship. Interestingly, computer work, this effect is not provided.

To increase the speed of movement of sperm researchers recommend exercise 15 hours a week. Then the negative effect of TV is quickly reduced. Note, the love of television shows in addition to all the above increases the risk of pulmonary embolism and premature death.
