Experts from the Institut Gustave Roussy (France) conducted a study which established that fresh air can significantly reduce the risk of breast cancer among women. The effect was especially pronounced during daily walks.
As it turned out, the time in the fresh air no worse than the loads at the gym. Walking through the Park or forest in many ways much more useful practice indoors.
In the present study involved 60 of thousands of women volunteers. The group, who regularly walks in the fresh air, had a reduced risk of developing breast cancer. However, a strong positive effect was observed only among those who watched his physical form every day.
According to scientists, rather half-hour walks a day to reduce the risk of cancer process. If recommendations are not followed, the likelihood of cancer will increase. The conclusion is simple: we need more to go!
