Vaccine against Ebola will be available by the end of 2016

Preliminary encouraging data about the output of the final vaccine against Ebola virus in the near future are not confirmed. According to the latest data, the vaccine will be ready only by the end of 2016. The drug will be called ChAd-EBO.

British scientists are doing experiments with the basic substance and the study vaccine. Plans to build a generic drug, the reception of which protect a person from infection by Ebola. Preliminary development time - about three years. The first final version of the vaccine will be no earlier than the end of 2016.

Until a vaccine is the only way to stop the spread of disease. Ebola has developed into a serious epidemic threat spreading across continents.

To date, recorded over four thousand deaths from fever, more than eight thousand people are infected.
