Vacation and meditation are the best way of dealing with stress

Need to combine meditation and release, scientists say.

In the experiment proposed to participate 94 healthy women. The first group of six days, regularly meditated and went to work, the second went to a week-long holiday, while on holiday, was actively engaged in meditation, writes Zee News.

Before the experiment and after its completion, the researchers examined the genome of volunteers. Managed to reveal bright positive changes at the genetic level associated with quality rest. As it turned out, meditation and relaxation helps to combat stress. If these two classes to combine, the effect is most pronounced.

There are even some resorts with meditative practices. Scientists recommend to spend holidays away from home, change of scenery and to experience new emotions, which will last until the next holiday.
