Experts from the China medical University conducted a study. They gathered a group of volunteers from 25 women aged 20-30 years. Women within eight weeks, each day had to drink 0.5 liters of tomato juice and stick to your normal lifestyle without changing the power scheme. Data provided by Zee News.
After eight weeks, the majority of participants of experiment felt that I had lost weight. On average, women have lost 0.5 kg and 2 inches in the waist. Managed to reduce cholesterol by 10%.
