Three-dimensional printer recreates human organs

Scottish scientists from Heriot-Watt started to use 3D printer that can grow human organs intended for transplantation.

"Planting material" for such cultivation will become stem cells, which by using the technology of three-dimensional graphics scientists will produce bone marrow and soft tissue. Technology layer-by-layer printing, which was specially developed by Scottish scientists, allows you to print organs, folding stem cells in a specific order.

According to one of the scientists Dr. Wee Shu, at the moment, scientists are just making your first steps in the creation of agencies using three-dimensional printing, but in the future this technology will be more widely used.
