Experts from Harvard University believe that walking is much more useful in winter than in summer. Just not worth it to go for long walks in the cold and to dress solely according to the weather, not to freeze the hands and face.

In the frosty air contains 30% more oxygen than hot summer. Exposure to freezing temperatures is beneficial to the circulation in the skin. Even frosty weather strengthens the immune system. A number of other studies have on the positive effects of cold on blood vessels.

If possible to arrange full walk otherwise it can be a five-minute foray onto the balcony. Even this will be enough to relieve the tension and give the body a portion of the force.
