Huge value on the microclimate in the workplace have the personal qualities of the authorities. Scientists from the University of East Anglia have established working groups with the fair bosses employees feel comfortable.
In total the survey was attended by 5800 employees from Sweden, reports NDTV. Volunteers are first invited to subjectively assess their health status on a five-point scale: from very good to very bad. More people asked about the fairness of the bosses in their companies: whether the interests of the majority, is it possible to argue with the head for best results.
It was found that the health indicators have a relationship with microclimate in the workplace. If a person was confident in the workplace, and the company management was fair and attentive, and the health of the average person was better.
