Scientists from the school of medicine Feinberg at northwestern University in Chicago found an interesting connection. Sunlight in the morning is very beneficial to the functioning of the body and promotes weight loss with the right routine and balanced diet.
The data were confirmed in a study involving 54 volunteers. Each participant of the experiment, the scientists gave the device to record physical activity. Research has shown that voluntary, in which the peak of physical activity accounted for the morning, more quickly and efficiently dumped extra pounds. Note that the diet of all participants of the experiment was similar and had no effect on the final results.
Scientists agree: daily walks and morning light is really good for health. Enough to spend the morning for exercise, walking the dog or walking to work, in order to achieve a noticeable effect. It should be remembered that the charge in the room is less useful.
