They conducted an analysis of the health status of more than a thousand volunteers from among the elderly, says Zee News.
Participants who adhered to the active position, lived a long and healthy life. A few minutes of sport every day reduced the risk of heart attacks and more dangerous conditions several times. Physical activity and a healthy diet affect cholesterol, reducing its amount in the blood, prevents the development of atherosclerosis.

Experts advise to pay attention to your own life and try to change it for the better. In most cases it is enough to adjust the diet and to sign up for sports 2-3 times a week in order to feel much better.
