For the first quarter of 2015 in Russia died 988 thousand people. Last year this figure amounted to 961 thousand. Apparent increases in mortality and fertility decline is forcing the government to deal with the problem even more attention.
"In Russia increased mortality. Moreover, due to the fact that the population is aging. Increased mortality in young people - ranging in age from 30 to 45 years. For the first time in recent years has increased the number of suicides, alcohol poisoning, not delivered during the lifetime diagnoses of pneumonia in antisocial populations. This is a big problem," says Veronika Skvortsova, Minister of health of Russia.
Take for example a group of people died of 30-45 years. In 70% of cases in the blood of the corpses were discovered alcohol. This suggests that the death could have been avoided if not for the circumstances. Another serious problem — the disease is detected late, when nothing can be done.
