The Mediterranean diet not only helps you lose weight

Women, who in their diets consume Mediterranean products, not wondering how to lose weight and how to get pregnant. A new study conducted in Spain showed that among women of the Mediterranean less common infertility problems and that scientists associated with a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and fish.

The findings are based on surveys of more than 2,000 women of childbearing age, which scientists have determined the type of food (Mediterranean or Western), and then compared with case histories.

Under the Western type of food the researchers meant a diet of red meat, fast food, low-fat dairy products, French fries and other not very useful for health.

Senior researcher, Dr. Stephanie Toledo, noted that the Mediterranean diet is not only useful for ovulation, but also helps to reduce the risks of obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

For women who are thinking about pregnancy, you should pay attention to your diet and to give preference Mediterranean diet.

These recommendations apply not only to new moms, but also future popes, as numerous studies have shown that male obesity also leads to reproductive disorders, but only in men.
