The life expectancy depends on the routine - the scientists

An international group of scientists came to the conclusion: routine and meal times have a direct impact on the duration of human life. Brunches, Lunches and dinners increase the chance of developing cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

The information was confirmed in an experiment with flies, and fruit flies. One group of insects received food from morning till six in the evening, the other had unlimited access e food and could eat at any time of the day.

After three weeks, the researchers found, the approximate amount of food consumed in the two groups was similar, however, in the second group of insects stronger gained weight. Draws attention to another interesting fact. The average lifespan of Drosophila is 4 weeks, most of the insects from the first group lived for five weeks.
