The human nose detects fatty foods - scientists

Scientists have formally proved: olfactory apparatus is able to distinguish the smell of greasy food. Research group of the centre of Monell in Philadelphia plans to use his discovery for the development of the program of fight against the rage fatty foods and overeating. Findings were published in the journal Plos One.

"Detector" fatty foods built into the olfactory region of a person from birth. Scientists are sure it works perfectly. In addition, the detector can be enabled independently and regulate their eating behaviors. This helps to avoid overeating and obesity.
