The doctors: chronic stress prevents women from conceiving a child

Women who are stressed, can have problems with quick conception. So say experts from the University of Louisville. Stress triggers the production of specific hormones that affect the normal functioning of the reproductive system during ovulation.

Researchers recommend that women wishing to become pregnant, to reduce all agitation to a minimum. Should be within a few weeks to be in a quiet environment, to recycle and avoid stressful situations.

There are other reasons for the difficulties conceiving a child. One of them is taking anti-depressants. A number of studies proves that this group of drugs has a negative effect on the reproductive system of women. As a result, to get pregnant becomes much harder.
