The ability to learn languages depends on the structure of the brain – scientists

Scientists have explained why foreign languages are easy, and others take a lot of effort. The secret, as it turns out, lies in the peculiarities of the structure of the human brain. The relationship between the individual stations largely determines the individual's ability to learn.

In the experiment, the 15 English-speaking people have been studying French for three months. The volunteers underwent a brain scan in the MRI machine before the experiment and after its completion.

There are strong links between areas in the left hemisphere accelerates the process of learning conversational foreign. Strong ties in the area of brain responsible for visualization of words, helped to quickly master reading. Scientists plan to conduct further research. The results obtained will help in creating programs for a quicker mastering of foreign languages.
