"Tetris" will help to get rid of eye diseases

Once very popular game "Tetris" can help in the fight against the "lazy eye". To this opinion came a group of scientists from McGill University. They have found that this video game coached both eyes, and it had shown much better results than the bandage on the other eye.

Syndrome "lazy eye" or amblyopia is a decrease in the level of view, during which one of the eyes is not involved in the visual process, thereby depriving the patient's binocular vision. The most common form of amblyopia is strabismus.

This eye disease can be found in one of the children of fifty. As a traditional treatment, doctors apply a bandage over one of his eyes in order to make the other eye to work harder. Currently, scientists conducted a study on adults, planning in the future to conduct testing with children.
