Sweeteners can't safe - the scientists

The staff of the human nutrition Center in Grand forks (North Dakota) showed that all sugar substitutes are unsafe.

In the experiment, the volunteers took 50 grams of various sugar substitutes such as honey, white cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup

After the experiment, scientists were able to prove that sweeteners can have a negative impact on human health. At the end of the experiment, the subjects who participated in the study, donated blood. It turned out that each of them increased the level of triglycerides and markers of risk.

Making conclusions of the experiment, scientists have confirmed the theory that the world has not yet developed a safe sweetener.
