Subordinates suffer because of personal problems of heads, say scientists

It is a problem in the personal life of the head, and not working the failure of stressed out managers and force them to lash out at subordinates. Researchers from the University of Texas tried to figure out what family problems most strongly affecting the behavior of bosses. The survey took more than four months, says Prothom Alo.

Questionnaires were 250 managers with different powers: from the "small" bosses, to senior management. Scientists noticed that most often the bosses splashed the negative on subordinates because of domestic problems.

Female bosses were insulted by the staff more often than men. Experts believe that managers often have "ego depletion". In such a psychological state is extremely difficult to keep track of your emotions. The main cause strong mental strain.
