Study: young people chooses the Internet to the detriment of healthy sleep

Scientists from the UK claim that society underestimates the dependence of young people from the Internet in General and social networks in particular. Many young people are willing to use the Internet to the detriment of the night's sleep that is not standard.

In total the survey was attended by 2500 volunteers aged 18 to 25 years. Scientists have tried to understand how modern young people, how important to them a healthy lifestyle.

Two of the three respondents, the Internet plays a major role. Only 11% of respondents said a full night's sleep better Internet surfing and social networking. Many sacrificed a healthy sleep in order to control the machine.

81% of respondents consider the main conditions for their happiness, freedom of speech and expression. A third of sure that the possibility of endless traveling around the world improve their lives.
