A group of researchers from the University of Pennsylvania have established that none of the poses adds man of confidence. Note, many people believe that certain positions make them more important to others.
The study involved students at one of the Universities in the United States. Within two months the volunteers were asked at least twice a day to take the posture of a winner. Scientists have suggested that this exercise will add to the young people confidence.
However, this did not happen. According to the final data, the level of stress hormone was the same in control and experimental groups. No impact the pose of a winner has no confidence, the researchers conclude.
