Study: nuts help in preventing heart disease

Regular consumption of nuts helps to increase the lifespan a couple of years. So say researchers at Harvard University. They found, consuming 30 grams of nuts (a handful) at least five days a week gives the body the strength to defend against aggressive environmental factors. The results of the work done tells newspaper the Daily Mail.

According to the study, people with heart diseases should not forget about nuts. Even small portions of cores will help reduce the risk of heart attack in half. At a young age nuts reduce the predisposition to breast cancer among young women.

Repels many calories nuts. But fret not worth it. Studies prove that this product only helps in losing weight if nuts not to try to replace all of your diet. Scientists believe that the body spends more energy processing the nuts, than on their learning.
