Study: midlife crisis does not exist

People feel more happy in 45 years than at 18. About it tell results of research of scientists from the University of Alberta. They compared the level of happiness among young people and those who have to live through the midlife crisis.

It turns out that the degree of satisfaction with their own lives as years only grows and grows to around 30 years. To 45 it slightly decreases. The most pronounced growth is observed in the interval between 18 and 30 years old.

Most happy are people who are married, have good health. Unemployment, on the contrary, reduces the level of happiness. And the midlife crisis, according to experts, no more than a myth.
