Japanese scientists have proved that lovers eat ice cream in the morning differ sharp mind. This tells newspaper the Daily Mail.
The study's author, Yoshiko Koga gathered volunteers. One group, he suggested starting your day with a serving of ice cream with main meal. It turned out that morning, the sweetness increases the rate of reaction of people and reduces stress levels throughout the day.
Even Yoshiko Koga says about increasing the number of high-frequency alpha waves, which the human body produces when eating ice cream.
