If for one person, a certain diet has a positive effect, the other the same diet can be ineffective or even dangerous to health. Every person has individual peculiarities of metabolism, therefore the approach should be different in each case.
The study involved 800 people. They measured the level of sugar in the blood and amounted metabolic profile. It turned out that only strict adherence to the nutrition recommendations, according to the recommendations of dietitian, helps to achieve the desired result in losing weight.
