Study: champagne improves memory

Scientists from Britain have found small portions of champagne a positive impact on the brain. Champagne for more than a century is the leading alcoholic drinks. People like the taste of the drink and its lightness in comparison with other wines.

In the experiment, the mice received grape varieties used for production of champagne. It turned out that the berries improve memory in animals. Next, the researchers decided to conduct the second phase.

The volunteers were asked to drink a small portion of champagne. The test of memory and intelligence showed that the drink activates the brain's work, particularly his cognitive ability and memory.
