Just experiment was attended by 300 volunteers from the city of Wellington (New Zealand). This residence is located directly between the Pacific ocean and the Tasman sea.
The research proves that the daily contemplation of the ocean creates favorable psychological climate. Accommodation around water delivers people with calm and poise. Among residents of Metropolitan areas, they note, is much more common nervousness and depression. Nature is one of the magic factors, calming the nervous system.
Significantly fewer mental health problems are in rural areas. Apparently, plants have a calming effect too.
