Statistics: soda increases the risk of cancer

People drinking in the day on one tank of soda and more often confronted with cancer. A carcinogen that is included in most carbonated beverages increases the risk of cancer, says Zee News. 4-Mei refers to the byproducts of the caramel colour.

Up to half of adults in America drink at least one can of soda per day. The analysis of the collected data allowed us to consider the problem and the threat of cancer, to build a model of the effects of soda on the occurrence of cancer. Scientists conducted an analysis of 11 drinks and made conclusions about their harm.

It turned out that the concentration of 4-methylimidazole in different drinks varies widely from almost undetectable traces to quite noticeable concentrations. Interestingly, no country in the world there is no limit on the content of 4-Mei in foods.
