Spinal hernia - symptoms and treatment

Spinal hernia is a strong deformation of the fibrous ring of the intervertebral disc, which eventually leaves a gap through which the bulging portion of the gelatinous nucleus.

The main symptom of the disease is the appearance of severe pain after a little physical exertion or awkward body position. Mostly people do not give this value, although in a spine already have degenerative-dystrophic processes. Therefore, when the first pain symptoms you should immediately consult a doctor.

Minor symptoms depend on the location:

Treatment of vertebral hernia is prescribed only after a thorough examination of the patient, and, depending on the stage of the disease, can be complex and surgical.

Comprehensive treatment includes medication that blocks pain syndrome, in combination with acupuncture, acupressure, herbal medicine and so on.
