Representatives of the health Ministry of the Russian Federation proposed measures to address the shortage of workers in remote towns and villages. As informs "Interfax", the head of the above Department Golikova told about this during the meeting with the Prime Minister of Russia.
As said, the Minister, they should offer some "soft enforcement measures" that the students went to work in remote communities. As she believes, without the use of such measures, shortage of rural doctors in the country will continue.
Tatyana Golikova said that the students who lost points when he enrolled in medical schools will have the opportunity to receive education under the condition of employment in remote areas of the country for a period of 3-5 years. This practice, as the Minister said, quite successfully applied in many developed countries.
Note that in September of last year, Putin centuries instructed to prepare the appropriate laws for implementation of the programme of financial support for rural health workers. Doctors who are willing to give five years of work in rural areas, the state will pay one million rubles. In addition, in January of this year, the Ministry of Finance together with the Ministry of health approved the amount of the required monetary compensation to rural doctors for payment of the home and the payment of all utility bills.
