In the framework of the work done, researchers interviewed almost two thousand people from 90 countries. The researchers tried to understand what makes a person most happy.

"Like" and view photos from the news feed, it turned out, the process is quite meaningless. But direct communication in the Internet with friends helps to relax, to feel needed and loved.

Scientists have revealed an interesting pattern. The common man need to be happy not more than 60 social media posts per month. Importantly, all the messages came from relatively close friends. And it is not important, two lines written by a friend or the whole letter.
