Scientists have found that regular motivational SMS sending helps people quit Smoking. Every tenth user special programs declined from bad habits, reports The Times of India.
Smoking cessation scientists believed the period of six months without a cigarette. In the control group over the same period of time the result was two times worse (5% versus 11%). Scientists from George Washington University believe that constant reminders help a person to focus on Smoking cessation.
