Smoking was the cause of every third death of a young resident of China

Soon the situation of Smoking in China may rise very sharply. BBC reports: a third of young Chinese in the coming years will be to die because of nicotine addiction.

Up to 70% of young men from China start Smoking before reaching 20 years. Smoking significantly increases the risk of premature death, including at a young age. By 2030, says, mortality from Smoking in the country will reach two million people annually.

The Chinese authorities are taking measures to combat harmful habit among the population. In June 2015, was introduced a law banning Smoking in public places. As in Russia, the law applies to bars, restaurants, public transport and many other areas. The penalty for violation is about 32 USD (200 RMB).
