Reminders and distribution of doctors can improve the quality of life of patients with cardiovascular diseases. So say scientists from Oxford University. In the new study, doctors proposed to create special mailings for patients with high blood pressure. Reminders to use the tonometer or to take the pills have a positive impact on the disease, writes The Hindustan Times.

The doctors almost did not participate in creating the messages, they were sent automatically by the program, developed by the researchers specifically for the study. The reminder is particularly needed for older people who forget about taking medicines.

Note, there are a number of apps on the phone to control the pressure, pulse and other parameters. With forgetfulness you can use the built-in reminders, they are in almost any phone.
