Researchers from Johns Hopkins University and McGill University have proved that regular practice of yoga to relieve pain in inflammatory diseases of the joints. The experiment was attended by 75 people. The first group within eight weeks of doing yoga twice a week and practiced at home, the second group was used to control the results.
