Scientists: women and men are in different accident

Scientists have established that men and women are in different emergency situations. Women are more likely to violate traffic rules in crowded places: pedestrian crossings, intersections, Parking lots. Men tend to get into accidents on the empty roads, says Men's Life.

Specialists from Kansas (USA) conducted an analysis of 150 cases of accidents from 2005 to 2011. The vast number of emergency situations took place with the participation of young people aged 16 to 24 years.

It turned out that girls are significantly more likely to have accidents on weekdays in the daytime. The most common situation - accidents at pedestrian crossings, intersections. Accidents involving men happen mostly on weekends, in the evening and at night. Apparently, it is connected with driving at high speeds in a drunken state.

Interestingly, women wear is 68% more often than men. Data collected by scientists, will help to develop a number of new security measures on the roads and reduce the number of accidents.
