The team of specialists watched over 20 thousands of Americans, studied their diet and water regime. "We studied the effect of water on the wall. We took into consideration the race of the subjects, ethnicity, income and education. Special attention was paid to the indicator of body mass Index of volunteers" - say the researchers.

When a person uses enough water, the concentration of salt and sugar in the blood is reduced. Even decreasing the amount of fat and cholesterol. For this effect you should drink 4 glasses of pure water a day. Other sources of liquid also should not be forgotten.

Note, not always water is useful for the body. Morning should start with a glass of pure water to clear the stomach and intestines after sleep. During the meal should not drink so much water.
