Scientists: to tell the truth good for health

Really useful for psychological and physical health, say experts from the University of Notre Dame (USA). They conducted an experiment involving 100 volunteers of different ages.

Participants were divided into two groups. Some asked to speak only the truth, others were allowed to lie. Respondents said the scientists checked on the lie detector. Still, each volunteer underwent a health assessment.

It turned out that really has improved physical and psychological health. However, in the group of subjects who rarely used the opportunity to lie, health has also become better.
