Dairy products improve health, consider the millions of people worldwide. Scientists from the Autonomous University of Madrid, I can assure you that it is a myth. In a study involving 4 thousand people, they proved that it's not so much the consumption of dairy products, how much a balanced diet.
The experts tried to find the relationship between the regular consumption of yoghurt and quality of life of people. It turned out that dairy products had no effect neither on physical nor on the mental state volunteers.
Large differences in the groups studied scientists have not noticed. However, our findings are not a reason to abandon their delicious yogurts and kefirs. These products have a positive effect on digestion, and the ratio of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in them is close to perfect.
