Scientists: the less a person sleeps, the more he eats

Experts from the University of Nebraska has found a relationship between duration of sleep and the tendency to overeat. Most people suffering from lack of sleep, consume more food than their body requires, according to scientists.

Lack of sleep alters hormones and increases appetite. This person is not experiencing feelings of fullness after eating and requires supplements. Impulsivity and unbalance stand next to the sleep deprivation and contributes to the lack of control over eating behaviors.

Scientists and nutritionists advise not only to eat but to follow the order of the day. Reducing the number of calories consumed several times reduces the risk of development of diseases of cardiovascular system, diabetes type II diabetes and many other diseases.
