Scientists: stress provokes students skin problems

That the skin is kept healthy, you need less nervous, say scientists from temple University. They conducted a study involving more than five thousand students and proved that regular stress significantly increases the risk of skin problems. The results of a study published in Psych Central.

Volunteers from among students, scientists divided into three groups according to the levels of stress (low, medium and high). Volunteers from the group of low stress rarely complained of itching and rashes on the skin. Frequent and severe stress, on the contrary, became the cause of alopecia (hair loss), excessive sweating, acne and other skin diseases.

Note, the health of the skin and may depend on other factors. Among them, doctors allocate food and the environment. Unhealthy food with a lack of certain vitamins and polluted air can seriously harm not only the skin but also other organs.
