Scientists: sedentary lifestyle leads to mental illness

Low physical activity increases the likelihood of obesity and diabetes of the second type in a few times. Lack of movement affects the heart and joints. Scientists from Deakin University established that a sedentary lifestyle affects the mental state of a person and leads to anxiety.
