Scientists: not all products are addictive

Scientists from the University of Michigan has found that food addiction cause not all products. Addiction is similar to drug causes only sweet, fatty foods, rich flavor enhancers. Data provided by the publication of The Daily Mail.

Previous studies have shown that processed food, which includes supplements fat, fast carbs (flour and sugar), is addictive. In some cases, food addiction can be compared to drugs: people at parting with a loved product begins to experience serious suffering.

According to statistics, more prone to food addiction are people with a high body mass Index (BMI). They has been especially active stimulation of the brain responsible for feelings of reward. Note, salmon and brown rice related to healthy eating, according to no one cause.
