Scientists named the best juice to drink for Breakfast

A number of long and painstaking research of American scientists, finally, set the drink, which prolongs youthfulness of the body, makes the immune system stronger and helps to keep weight under control. Those turned out to be orange juice. More detailed results of the experiment endocrinologists at the University of Buffalo published on the pages of the American journal of Clinical Nutrition.

In the mentioned study involved 30 people, whose age ranged from 20 to 40 years. All the volunteers ate the same, namely: sandwich with ham, potatoes and scrambled eggs. The first group sipped his Breakfast sweet water, 2nd - normal water, and 3-I drank orange juice.

After that, all study participants gave a blood sample every 1, 3 and 5 hours. The blood test results showed that the most useful is the orange juice, as it is in the blood of the participants in this group there was less glucose and more substances, which are responsible for immunity. That is why scientists stated that freshly squeezed orange juice for Breakfast is the best drink for Breakfast, through which decreases the risk of heart disease and blood vessels, normalizes real currency in the body, decreases the likelihood of developing diabetes and obesity. However, due to the large number of antioxidants, orange juice also fights free radicals and neutralizes inflammation.
