Scientists: long sleep leads to stroke

Researchers found people who sleep more than 8 hours a day increased the risk of stroke. Data about the study published in the journal Neurology.

The study took almost 10 years, during which was monitored 9692. The average age of the volunteers was 62 years. For 9.5 months 346 man suffered a heart attack. The sleep analysis showed that the highest risk of heart attack was in a group of people, sleeping more than 8 hours per day.

To reduce the risk of heart attack, researchers are advised to reduce the time night's sleep 6-8 hours. Remember, the dream and its number is an individual matter. Someone takes 5-6 hours to sleep, and other sleep for 9-10 hours to feel normal throughout the working day.
