Experts advise not to combine entertainment with eating. Constant dinners under serials and TV shows first lead to overeating, and then to obesity. In the study, scientists from the University of Illinois, observed in 60 families with the help of videos.
It turned out that the presence of an external stimulus increases necessary to saturate the amount of food. Particularly hard hit by the TV and other distractions affect the appetite of children, they often didn't notice how sweet or flour consumed at Breakfast.
The Council of scientists is simple: eat better in a relaxed atmosphere, and TV shows, videos on social networks and TV shows should be rescheduled for another time.
