Scientists from the University of Alabama has established: Breakfast stronger than all other meals affects diet. The data were confirmed in a study involving 309 volunteers aged 20 to 65 years.
Volunteers were divided into two groups. The first group was asked to eat as usual, the second group had to forego Breakfast. This phase lasted 16 weeks.
Volunteers from the first group on average scored one kilogram for the study. Scientists suggest that in some cases weight loss is necessary to get rid of the Breakfast or the revision of its caloric content.
Note, be careful to comply with such recommendations. Breakfast is the main meal and it should be taken seriously.
